Representing Nittany: A Traveling Exhibition Showcasing the Artworks of the Greater Penn State Community

Representing Nittany is a traveling exhibition that is about community, in particular a diverse community of artists unified by Penn State. The exhibition is the result of a collaborative curatorial effort by three local artist venues, the Lemont Arts Festival, the Green Drake Gallery in Millheim, and Penn State School of Visual Arts' HumpDay Gallery. Representing Nittany highlights the multifaceted talent of those who have had a relationship, in some form or another, with Penn State, including artists, current Penn State students, professors, local high school students, faculty, staff, and alumni. Over the summer the exhibition travelled from the Art Alliance of Central Pennsylvania in Lemont during Arts Fest in July, to the Green Drake Gallery in Millheim, to its final destination in the HumpDay Gallery (first floor Visual Arts Building).
