The fee — $925 on or before May 1, 2017, and $975 after May 1, 2017 — covers instruction, housing, food, and all program materials. This year SoVA will offer a commuter rate of $725 on or before May 1, 2017 and $775 after May 1, 2017. The fee may be paid by check, money order, American Express, Discover, MasterCard, or VISA.
Eligibility and Enrollment
This camp is available for any high school student (entering grades 9 through 12 and just-graduated seniors). Camp enrollment is limited and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis via submission of the registration form and payment.
Should the camp fill and you wish to be placed on the wait list, please contact Autumn Spotts, Program Manager at 814-863-5100 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Wait list participants will be notified on Friday, June 10, confirming entry into the camp. If the camp is full and entry is not possible, a full refund will be given.

NOTE: before beginning the online registration process, click here to download a fillable PDF copy of the Youth Medical Form for your child. You will need to complete this and save the file to your computer – you will be required to upload the completed form during the online registration process. You will not be able to complete registration without uploading the form.
Important Information for Parents
All registrations must be received by 5:00 p.m. ET on Monday, June 13, 2017. After this date, please call the planner at 814-863-5100 to check on camp availability.
You will receive confirmation by email; if you do not provide an email address, you will receive confirmation by postal mail.
If your request to withdraw is received at least 15 business days prior to the first day of the program, we can issue a partial refund. Send your written request by fax to 814-863-5190 or by email to email@example.com. A $50 administrative fee will be charged for each withdrawal.
For legal reasons, the University cannot release the names or phone numbers of other participants, not even to those who want to carpool.
